On November 7, Clevelanders will vote on their next mayor. Will Incumbent Democrat Frank Jackson be elected to his fourth term or will one of this year’s challengers unseat him? Unlike elections past, Jackson faces some stiff competition in 2017 — with the top two challengers from the September 12 primary advancing to the title round.
